Where will you go next?​

Transport for Wales approached Orchard to create an engaging activation that would educate the public about the diverse range of destinations accessible via the TfW network. I was tasked with designing a prize grabber that featured a map of Wales, tokens, and tote bags as prizes.

I used tones from the brand’s colour palette to illustrate iconic landmarks and destinations across Wales. Many of the illustrations came from my personal memories of the places – buckets and spades from Tenby, seeing red squirrels in Anglesey, or nearly being blown off the top turret in Conwy castle! 

The activation was a success, leading to the client requesting additional large prints of the map for photo opportunities. It has since toured the UK, making appearances at various events, including a stop in my hometown of Llandudno.
