Sustainability Report

I was tasked with bringing Principality Building Society’s 2022 TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) report to life through clear, accessible design. The goal was to present complex climate data in a way that felt transparent, easy to follow, and aligned with the organisation’s sustainability values.

Working closely with the PBS team, I developed a clean, structured layout that gave space to detailed content while keeping things digestible for a broad audience. I used Principality’s brand palette sparingly—favouring fresh greens, cool greys to reflect the environmental focus.

The final report struck a balance between professionalism and approachability, helping Principality communicate their climate strategy clearly and credibly. It’s now published as a public-facing document—an honest, visually clear reflection of the society’s ongoing work around climate risk and opportunity. The developed template is being reused for future reports.
